I was bought this printer in Kuwait-Middle East. Now trying to use it in Bangalore/India. The available cartridge 680 is not working with this printer. Look like regional RESET is required. For the past two weeks, I am running Pillar to Post with Hp Support. Nobody helping to get the code. Please help me, as such I have bought the new Cartridge 680 is not working with this printer due to the existing Regional Code which need to be reset with India Reginal Code

@Mangaladasan, Welcome to HP Support Community!
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
