Hi HP Community,
I bought an HP Deskjet 3054a 8 years ago in Belgium and moved recently in Canada.
I bought new ink cartridge but due to the regionalisation, it does not work.
I called twice HP Support but did not receive any help as my printer is not supported by HP anymore... which is not normal.
It seems that i just need a new code to reset my printer in Canada. Is there someone which could help me ?

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
