Good evening,
I have moved from the US to Germany and believe I may need a regional reset for my printer. Inside the lid the stamp recommends code 63 ink but online saw that 302 is suitable. However, when I put the ink in the printer I was told that the cartridges were incompatible.
I know this description is a little lean on information but I am of course willing to offer more should it become necessary.
Thanks!

@CPTpinecone, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand you are not able to use the new ink cartridges. We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
