What is the best way to achieve a regionalization reset for my OfficeJet Pro 8600, so that I can use the supply of Z10 cartridges I recently purchased? The printer was purchased in the US, has always been used in the US, but somehow the Region got set to Z20, causing the printer to recognize my Z10 cartridges as incompatible!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

To do a printer region reset you need to meet the following conditions:

1. The printer should be connected using a printer USB cable to the computer.

2. You need to have the printer full feature software installed on your computer.

3. You need to have all the cartridges from the old region/country.

Please do let us know.
