Hello to all.

After a power failure the board of printer goes off. The printer was 6 monts new. From internet i found a working board from other country & i change it. The printer works again but i have a problem with inks. Doesn't recognize them. After a search i found that i must change printer region.

How can i make this.

Please help.

I found the board from China.

 

I live in Greece and here the only ink that i can found for these printer is 301 & 301xl.

 

I have the printer in my office for years but it hasn't work much.

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.  

  

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
