Hi all,

Like many on this forum this is the second time i have experienced the message regarding the cartridge error of "Remove and reinstall and clean" etc. I have clean and reset multiple times to no avail any ideas or could support send me a replacement as i need it working from home being an high risk health person.

I do have the monthly subscription to HP Instant Ink.
