I have a HP OfficeJetPro 6968.  We do not use it much. It has new printer cartridges but it continues to try and clean the printer head.  Is there a way to clean it manually to remove any ink that has possibly dried and preventing it from dispensing the ink.  Is there a repair center in the Fort Worth area I can take it to. It was/is a great printer when it works.  I am open to any suggestions.
