Third time of trying to post this, keep getting 'Authentication Error' but absolutely no hint of what was in error.
I have an HP Envy Photo 6230 and just started to get the error "Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge. If error persists replace the indicated cartridge." I have tried all the fixes suggested on here; Off/On. Reset etc. but the error persisted until I tried the single cartridge solution which allowed me to print the Network Config Page using the black cartridge only and so proved that the colour cartridge is the issue,
I have an Instant Ink contract but have had no communication to inform me that there's an issue with a print cartridge and a replacement is on the way. How do I initiate the colour cartridge replacement, please?
