Hi my old printer was acting up and I already have a HP instant ink account. I need to change my printer cause I went and just bought a whole new printer again same one. When I try to do this and yes it's already set up to internet the web service button just keeps blinking amber light and won't print a web service page with code to replace the printer. I don't know what to do. Should I just cancel my subscription and start OVER?

@HannahShuman520, Welcome to HP Support Community!

I'd suggest you refer to the document HP Printers - Having Trouble Claiming Your Printer? for help with claiming the new printer.

Once you add the new printer to your account you can remove the old printer.

I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!
