HP Recommended

The replacement ink cartridges HP sent me are too big and do not fit in the slots of the previous ones that I had. HP said they would be bigger, but would fit in. They do not. What should I do?

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

 

The Instant Ink cartridges are bigger in size as they contain a larger amount of ink. But they still fit in your printer.

 

Please go ahead and install the cartridge, and it will fit in your printer.

 

Let me know if you get any error message after installing the cartridges.
