I brought home an HP1112 printer, made in China, which has the following codes:
SNPRH-1504
K7B87-80013
and appears to be intended for the Far East market. The original cartridges are HP803 but in the manual and on the net it is stated that in Western Europe the HP302 should be used.
Last week it ran out of Black and I fitted an HP302 cartridge but the printer does not work and the warning appears:
this cartridge is not suitable for this printer in its current configuration
In the documentation on the HP network 4AA5_8342EEP1474430638935 it appears instead that the HP 1112 mounts the HP63 cartridges. Why does HP have discrepant indications? How can I solve the problem, possibly with the 302s?

Hi @Natalina51,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I'd like to help!
I understand you moved, and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
NOTE: Regional reset is attempted on a best-effort basis, it might not work on all printers.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
