I installed a new replacement ink cartridge today and receive a "Problem with cartridge" and "Cartridge is not communicating correctly with the printer - replace the cartridge" errors on the printer screen. I have followed the troubleshooting steps to reset the printer and ensure firmware is updated, but problem persist.
How do I get HP to send me another replacement cartridge that will work?
