I was printing with my DeskJet 2710e.  The black ink cartridge was low and it ran out very abruptly.  I have a replacement cartridge from the instant ink program.  I have replaced the cartridge but the printer will not print in black at all.  Only the colour cartridge is working.  There are no error messages on the printer or in the HP Smart app.  I have tried all the troubleshooting steps recommended by the virtual assistant including removing and replacing the black cartridge, power cycling the printer with and without the cartridge.  I have also tried the clean printhead from the app but it gives me a blank page.  The virtual assistant offers to connect me to a real agent but when I follow that route it says it can't connect me due to "some technical issue".  Now I'm completely stuck.  I do not have another black cartridge to try as I only had the one spare on the instant ink program.  Can someone help me please.  I am running Mac OS13.2.1
