HP All in One Officejet 6958

Trying to replace printer cartridges for my HP All In One Officejet 6958.  Tried to disable cartridge protection as recommended on site but I continue to get warning messages on the printer regarding the printer cartridges.   I have tried to remove the cartridges several times, turned on/off without success.

Are there any other suggestions on how I can resolve?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Open a Web browser and enter your printer’s IP address in the Web address field. You will find your printer‘s IP address in your printer settings by accessing the network setup options. This opens the printer’s embedded Web server. Click on the Settings option and select HP Cartridge Protection to the left

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!
