Dear Support,

 

Recently I purchased 3 Cartridges from the HP.com store page (Order No: #101300002313478).

The printer's original region is INDIA and I am currently using it in the EU region for my personal use for my children's education.

 

Could you please reset the region to use both cartridges? Mentioned below is the code number for your reference.

Welcome to the HP Support Community

 

I understand you need help with the Region Reset issue with your  HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 1515 All-In-One Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
