I live in the India and we have an old HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3515 printer bought from Middle East, unfortunately, the cartridge is not working now for it has not been used for a long time. We looked for hp650 cartridges but we can't find one because it is not used here in India.. I've read here that hp678 also works for Hp3515 but I have to reset the region. Can someone tell me the code to reset the region?
Steps to till here I'm clear.
I really need help ASAP. Thank you.

Changing the region code can be difficult as described here.
When an agent contacts you ensure that the agent is familiar with the OS you are using. If the agent is in a different time zone try to get one in your time zone. If that is not possible you may need to choose the best time to make a contact.
You may need WhatsApp to work through the region reset procedure.
1. The printer should be connected using a printer USB cable to the computer.
2. You need to have the printer full feature software installed on your computer.
3. You need to have all the cartridges either from the region/country from where the printer was purchased originally or the new region/country to which you want to reset it to.
4. The cartridges must be genuine HP.
5. Make sure HP Smart App is installed.
6. If the printer is not under warranty, then the ink cartridges need to be in the warranty period.

Select "Contact us". You can change country and language if necessary.

As described, How the HP Regional Reset Works;
1. You provide HP Support with your printer details (serial number, firmware, current region, target region, etc.).
2. HP generates five four-digit codes using the HP Keygen Utility.
3. You enter the codes in boxes 41–45 in the service menu.
4. A number appears in Box 51 (verification checksum).
5. If Box 51 matches HP’s expected value, the regional reset is successful.
HP Keygen Utility is not publicly available—only HP engineers and authorized technicians have access.. Please someone help me. I have the necessary details like
Printer SN, Total page count, Tricolor ink id, black ink id, Rx(last 4 digits.. model number, serial number etc.
