HP OfficeJet 252 Mobile All-in-One Printer

My family and I moved to Finland a few years back. We took our printer with us—an HP OfficeJet 252 Mobile All-in-One. On Saturday, I bought a new ink cartridge based on the HP official website—the HP 62 ink cartridge. But the printer didn't recognise the new one. The old one, bought back in Bulgaria, was an HP 651 ink cartridge. After short research on the web, it seems that the printer is locked for a special region, and to accept the new cartridge, its region needs to be updated to reflect our new place of residence.
OS: MacOs Sequoia 15.4
Error message: 
Incompatible Cartridges
The indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer.
Can you please help me resolve this issue?

I will rely on your assistance @VikramTheGreat, @Hawks_Eye, @Kuroi_Kenshi, @Max3Aj. My nearby HP dealers are unwilling to address the problem!

YEs, since the printer will be used in a different region from where it was originally bought and used, we need to perform some changes called regional reset for your printer, only after that you will be able to use the printer with the current region ink cartridges.
