HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 print-head part

I purchased a new print-head with the new cartridges with it.  Error message.  "Problem with Ink System. Remove cartridges and inspect for leaks."   No leaks.  Not working.  Can't talk to HP Support due to their "Customer Service" service loops.  Very Frustrated.

If you purchased the part from the HP Store, contact Customer Service at the store.

Depending on the return policy, you might be able to return the part.

 

If you purchased the part from a different merchant, contact that merchant for information on their return policy and possible return of the item.
