I subscribe to instant ink but don't use my printer much, I have not had any ink delivered for at least 2 years, in fact it shows 2017 on my account! I kept checking the levels which said it was still ok when I did print the occasional page.
However last week I ran out of ink but the levels showed the cartridges were ok so no ink has been despatched.
I have paid every month for all these years so I don't want to cancel but when using virtual assistant who tells me I need a human it always tells me they are closed and try later!
I need ink now not in 10 working days so what do I do next?
