This MUST be the POOREST, or WORST printer I have ever used.

Look at the poor print quality and this is surely the imaging drum issue, as i saw it was covered it quite a bit of toner. I cleaned it as much as I could but this was not resolved.

And the imaging drum is >SGD200! Criminal quality from HP.

As a matter of fact, look at the number of prints so far only!!

<1000 prints and this bad quality happens.

How is this even acceptable from HP.

Worst ever.

I would recommend to stay away.

Just look at my printer toner usage. Bare minimum and such poor quality prints are produced.

They should not sell this model at all.

Absolutely turned off.

I wonder if SOMEONE from HP will contact me.

I can't even find a number to call from the Singapore website.

It is literally bringing me back to their same page in circles.

Extremely lousy customer service.
