Product: Xpress Color Printer C48x series

Xpress easy print software icon and software no longer appears in my applications folder, or anywhere else on my Macbook pro. I reinstalled the drivers.... when I open and select 'printer' the printer shows up and I'm able to print. But aside from copying, I'm unable to scan. Wondering if anyone else has this problem? I have Macos v. 13.5.2
