I received a phone call from [Personal Information Removed] offering to help process my claim on bad 902(XL) cyan/yellow ink cartridges. They reported that HP would be replacing the printer as well but there would be a $1 charge that would be refunded to my account after the refurbed printer arrived. I just want to confirm if this is a scam or not. Has anyone else gotten this type of call? If it is a scam I'm wondering how they managed to get my information so quickly, I filed my case yesterday.
