I set up my new printer but did not do a replace printer on my old one. Old one was enrolled in Instant Ink Plan. New one is enrolled in Instant Ink Plan. But now I can't complete a replace printer using Ink Cartridge online help - so I keep getting messages that they can't communicate with my old printer - want to cancel old printer Ink Plan and keep the new printer Ink Plan. How do I do this without having to reset all the web connection stuff on my new printer?
