Product: HP Officejet Pro 9015e

Using setup cartridges, initially said they were damaged. Cleaned contacts and reseated printhead and now only receive error saying "new, unused cartridges must be used for start up. Tried multiple resets of printer but it still gives the exact same error on power on.
