Product: HP Color Laser MFP 178nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Yesterday I installed the HP Color Laser MFP 178nw printer. I printed the first document to check the print quality. I received a shadow of the top portion of the page, at the bottom. I thought it was a first few print error. I have printed multiple pages since yesterday and the problem persists.

Have tried everything, unable to solve the issue.

 

Please help.
