Since receiving new ink the printer will not work, lights are flashing

HP Envy 6020

HP Envy 6020.  Since receiving the new ink (which are bigger than the original ones) the lights are flashing saying there is an error.  It appears the printer does not recognise them.  Has anyone else had this problem? How do I solve it?

Is your printer enrolled in the HP Instant Ink program?

Could you share the picture of the cartridges?
