Product: Deskjet F4580
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having issues with my Deskjet printer, the letters have a slight shadow or blur when printing. I have tried using the print/scan auto checker and cleaned and aligned the printheads many times but it just does not improve the output. 

Also on the test page the square in the third section is supposed to be solid but my test page show short black and blue lines as the square shape. Does this have anything to do with my issue?
