Product: HP Smart Tank Plus 571 Wireless All-in-One

Smart Tank Plus 571 not printing colours correctly. I have done clean printheads from front panel of printer and from app - no change, have aligned printheads - no change. Mostly seems to not be printing cyan hues. Printer diagnostic says no issues found, so printheads won't centre when opening door - I will do a manual printheads clean if I can access the printheads but printheads won't centre for removal? - how can I get printheads to centre so I can remove them for cleaning?

Printer is just over three years old, so would have expected much longer life. Have unplugged at wall and printer and waited over 60 secs before plugging in again etc but that doesn't centre the printheads either

Appreciate any help, thank you!
