So I just came home after being away for 4 months and want to use this printer. All my ink tanks are full, I have done several realignments, cleaned and deep cleaned the cartridges about 5 times, but I can't get the black ink to print. Cyan, magenta and yellow all show up just fine. I have followed all of the instructions here, but have still had no luck: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-smart-tank-wireless-450-series/16180959/model/16180712/docum...
Sadly, I am 2 months out of warranty, but I think i might need a new print head. Does anyone here know if there's anything else I should try and if not, how I get a print head?

Hi @aejae212,
I'd like to help!
I understand you are unable to print in black.
As you have already performed all the steps, this does seem like a hardware issue.
I’d recommend you contact HP Phone Support in your region regarding service options for your printer.
Follow the instructions below to reach them:
1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6)Fill the web form and proceed further.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Hope this helps!
