Product: LaserJet Pro MFP M283cdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am helping a non-profit with a printer issue they are having.

They have a LaserJet Pro MFP M283cdw.

Printed output has smudges/blobs along the extreme left edge of each output page. (Please see photo below.)

I have run the "cleaning print" TWICE and there is no change.

The cleaning prints themselves also have the smudges.

I have inspected the (four) ink cartridges and I can see no flaws or dirt.

"Generic advice" like "clean the printer" or "clean the roller" is of no use to me since this is not my printer and I don't know how to accomplish these things.

However, I would gladly clean these elements if given SPECIFIC guidance for this specific model!
