HP Recommended
I have a HP MFP m479fdw. Recently it has been smudging at regular intervals on both edges of the page. I only use HP toner and changed the black toner after this started. There are not any lines of toner on any of the toner rolls. I have run cleaning and diagnostics, but the problem continues. It is not as bad if I set a PDF printer to save ink.
It is more noticeable on the right side. Look at the purple area.
