None of those links seem to help my situation. Can't look up a case number - only a service order number which I don't have.

The other links are for BUSINESS customers or sales or paid support.

It would be nice to know if the case is being looked at.

Ok, did you try in HP Plus phone number ?

 

If you contact HP Plus they can redirect your case to correct Support option and provide updates.

 

Because we are not related with HP Support, we don´t have options to check case numbers.

Also remember that this is a Community run by volunteers.
