Hello,

I'm having an issue with my HP OfficeJet 6978 printer. The problem is that whenever I print Blue there are streaks of other colors in it. I believe the issue is the Cyan not printing consistently, as Green turns Yellow and the Blue has streaks of Pink. It seems the other colors are printing ok but the ones that need Cyan to mix for in between colors are getting streaks rather than smooth Cyan.

 

I further think its a color mixing issue as the Test Page, with just the plan colors, prints just fine and without issue.

 

I ran the Print Alignment and Cleaned the Print Heads with all 3 levels of cleaning and I am still having a problem. It isn't a driver issue as multiple computers connected to this printer are seeing the same problem.

Any assistance to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated.
