Hi, I changed my ink cartridge (magenta) and now my HP8710 printer gives the error "There is a problem with the supply system.  Try replacing the affected cartridge with a different, non-empty cartridge.  If message reappears again, record message and contact HP support."   I installed a second new magenta cartridge, same issue. I have completed the steps received from the Virtual Assistant, without success.
