I just replaced the cyan cartridge on my HP Office Jet Pro 9018. The cartridge was recognized as genuine and new and moments later I saw a message I've never seen before saying that there is a problem with the supply system. I rebooted the printer, then I reset the printer to factory resets. I returned the new cartridge to the store and get another package of cartridges. I replaced all three cartridges this time and two of them are throwing the same error: Supply System problem. Is there a solution? I'm running iOS 15.1

Hi @drrkeith,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Check Cartridge Installation:
- Ensure that all cartridges are installed correctly. They should click into place easily without needing excessive force.
- Verify that the colored labels on the cartridges match the labels on the printer's slots.
Clean Cartridge Contacts:
- Power off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Remove all cartridges and gently clean the cartridge contacts with a dry, lint-free cloth.
- Clean the contacts inside the printer where the cartridges connect.
Use Genuine HP Cartridges:
- Confirm that you are using genuine HP cartridges. Non-HP or refilled cartridges can sometimes cause compatibility issues.
- If unsure, check the packaging or consult HP support to confirm their authenticity.
Check for Firmware Updates:
- Ensure your printer's firmware is up to date. Sometimes firmware updates can fix supply system errors.
- You can find the latest firmware on the HP Software and Driver Downloads page.
Reset Printer Again:
- Perform a factory reset again if necessary:
- From the printer's control panel, go to Settings > Printer Maintenance > Restore > Restore Factory Defaults.
- After the reset, try re-inserting the cartridges.
I hope this helps.
