HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer

Hello,

I have always used Genuine HP 952 and 952XL cartridges in my HP OfficeJetPro 8710.

 

I ran out of the Black ink a couple days ago and hence kept printing in color till I got my Blank Ink in again. 

After I installed the new Black ink, the printer detected it and then all of a sudden I started getting a message saying “There is a Problem with the supply system. Try replacing the affected cartridge with a different, non-empty cartridge. If message reappears again record and contact HP”

 

I have already tried replacing the Black ink with other New one and yet I keep getting the same error.

 

Kindly help.
