Supply System Problem

Hi I have had this printer for over a year but barely used, I tried to use it not and it is saying Supply System problem for the Black cartridge even though the cartridges are all new. I have done a system reset, I have tried to do firewall updates, I have tried to shake the cartridge port a bit but none of these have worked. Could you please help me with any fixes that can work, thanks.
