Supply system problem

Purchased a set of new 962XL HP cartridges under the expiration date. The printer (HP9018e) shows "supply system error" after I put in the new cartridges. Tried every method there is, including checking the cartridge level (can't see inside, but they sound watery when I shake them) and resetting the printer. Is there other methods that I can try?

Supply System Problem

There is a problem with the supply system.

Try replacing the affected cartridge with a different, non-empty, cartridge. If message reappears again, record message and contact HP.
