Product: T830

A T830 suddenly rejects a quite new cyan ink cartridge with ink cartidge error. Cartridge is nearly full.

Can I assume that there is an issue with the little chip on the cartridge and HP must replace it or can I do something from

the printer side (firmware update and then try again)?

Are there know issues with this model?
