THE BLACK CARTRIDGE IS JAMMED INTO THE COLOR SLOT

the black cartridge is jammed into the color slot of a 5610v.  How can I get it out?

@MS69, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand the ink cartridge is stuck in the wrong slot.

 

To know how to insert or remove the ink cartridge, kindly refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges

 

If this does not work, you may have to apply force to take it out or take it to a local repair shop as I believe the printer is out of warranty and cannot be serviced/replaced by HP.

 

You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers if you would like to upgrade.
