Hi @ATBS
Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.
Here are some steps you can follow:
1. Check Instructions:
- Ensure you are following the correct procedure for refilling the toner. Refer to the user manual for specific instructions on how to turn the toner cartridge. refer to user manaul, click here
2. Inspect the Toner Cartridge:
- Make sure there are no obstructions or damage that could prevent the toner from turning. Check for any clips or locks that may be preventing movement.
- If the toner cartridge seems stuck, you can try gently applying a small amount of lubricant (like silicone spray) to the moving parts. Be cautious not to get any on the toner compartment.
3. Check for Blockages:
- Ensure there are no debris or remnants from previous fills blocking the mechanism. Clean any dust or particles around the toner area.
4. Use Proper Force:
- If the toner cartridge is simply resistant to turning, try applying even, gentle pressure rather than forceful twisting. This might help it move more smoothly.
I hope this helps! Keep me posted.
