Product: NEVERSTOP LASER 1001 NW
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a Neverstop laser 1001 NW printer in our office.  I just added toner to the printer and it is printing so light that I can barely read the documents sometimes.  I have tried shaking the drum and all the troubleshooting I have found and it still doesn't work.  Some documents are darker than others.  My next step is to replace the drum.  I hate to do this as I just loaded this one with toner.  Is there a way for me to get the toner out of the current drum and into the new drum?  Or is there anything else I can do to troubleshoot the current drum so I'm not wasting all this toner?

Even if you somehow manage to remove it from the drum, you will not be able to install it in a different drum without a bottle, and to reset the toner level when filling the toner you need to insert a new bottle which you will not have.

That toner is wasted.
