Upon receipt of a final shipment of ink cartridges, I decided to terminate my member as I was receiving more cartridges than needed. However, 3+ weeks latter, suddenly I get a message on my printer that I cannot use the cartridge, and my printer is locked up & unusable. I cannot find a phone number to contact a live person to resolve this matter, thus I was forced to turn to the “community” in hopes of resolving this. This is **bleep**.
