Terrible customer service - two whole days of promised and left hanging

started to get very poor blank print quality so contacted by messenger because every other method of help took me round in circles - was promised by two agents at 5.30 pm two days running that I would receive a new cartridge and then no more info - both initially told me to do complex technical tasks until I said by colour cartridge was fine - I really don’t know what else to do now!
