Product: HP Color Laser 150nw
Operating System: iOS
I have bought a brand new printer and the from the first thing I printed, the quality is terrible. The colour isn’t consistent across and the print/words are patchy and not defined. What can I do? The only way to contact HP seems to be by phone but the aren’t open when I’m available!

If it is brand new and not printing properly, request an exchange or refund from the vendor.
