I installed new cartridges supplied by HP ink 3 months ago (October) , they worked for a short while and then the printer notifies that there is a cartridge problem, wrong cartridges /can't communicate, if i remove the colour cartridge i can use the black, so it's a colour cartridge problem, have followed all the advice, cleaning etc. don't have any idea what to try next, can't seem to get a replacement until the ink is running out which obviously isn't going to happen.
