I've installed 2 color ink cartridges. I've turned the printer off and waited before turning on again. I've checked for updates. I've "cleaned" the cartridges. The light still blinks! I don't even need color: I tend to print in black--and that would work fine if I didn't need to have the color working too. This printer is not even a year old. Help me, I beg you!
