The cyan won't print even after completing all the instructions I was given

After several steps of cleaning the printer's Print Head per the printer's prompts, the quality is still unsatisfactory for the cyan.  I purchased Print Head Cleaning Solution and followed its steps 4 times and now the cyan completely won't print.
