Product: HP Envy 6000e

Help. My printer is new but has been the box a few times since I set it up. It was printing black in very light now it's not printing at all. I removed the cartridge and cleaned it. Updates are all made. I cleaned the printer twice using the advised method and black is still not printing. Ay advice?

Do not worry, I'd be happy to help you! 

 

If you have performed all the steps from this document and updated the drivers and still having issues, then the cartridge might be faulty.
