HP LaserJet MFP M140we Printer

Hi. The question concerns the parcel received by Instant Ink subscription. You have sent a toner, after installing which the printer does not want to print. The "!" and "On" indicators are flashing simultaneously. The HP Smart (mobile) printer status is "Check... Please wait until the end of the cartridge check," and so it has been for several hours. I tried to install the old toner, everything works without problems and there is no such thing (only bad printing since the old toner is over. The models of the old toner and the one that you sent me are different. Is this a mistake on your part? What should I do? If you log in to your HP account from your computer, then there is a status error:

Write what to do? The printer is new. It worked without problems and errors. this is the first replacement and an unsuccessful one(
